\u898f\u5247\uff0c\u65b0\u578b\u614b\u96b1\u79c1\u898f\u7bc4\u4e5f\u5c07\u898f\u7bc4\u4fdd\u8b77\u5404\u7a2e\u578b\u614b\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u905e\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e5f\u5305\u62ec\u975e\u5178\u578b\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\u50cf\u662fWhatsapp\u548cSkype\uff0c\u5783\u573e\u90f5\u4ef6\u548c\u9a37\u64fe\u90f5\u4ef6\u4e5f\u5c07\u88ab\u66f4\u56b4\u53b2\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u3002\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u4e5f\u5c07\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662fM2M(Machine to machine)\u7684\u6e9d\u901a\u7ba1\u9053\u548c\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u65b0\u578b\u614b\u96b1\u79c1\u898f\u7bc4\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u542b\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u4f46\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u5167\u5bb9\u53ef\u80fd\u8981\u7b49\u6700\u7d42\u7248\u672c\u5b9a\u4e0b\u4f86\u624d\u6e05\u695a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u958b\u59cb\u5be6\u884c\u5f8c\uff0cePR\u5c07\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u6211\u5011\u5404\u7a2e\u7684\u4e0a\u7db2\u884c\u70ba\uff1a\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u700f\u89bd\u7db2\u7ad9\u3001\u90f5\u4ef6\u6216\u662f\u5373\u6642\u901a\u8a0a\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u4f01\u696d\u7aef\u5c07\u8981\u5c0d\u65b0\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u505a\u51fa\u9069\u61c9\u548c\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u5c31\u50cfGDPR\u63a8\u51fa\u6642\u90a3\u6a23\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u548c\u5f71\u97ff<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ePR\u6703\u5982\u4f55\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u9020\u6210\u5f71\u97ff\u662f\u5099\u53d7\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7684\uff0c\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u7279\u5225\u662f\u6578\u4f4d\u884c\u92b7\u3001\u5373\u6642\u901a\u8a0a\u548c\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u7522\u696d\u3002\u5728\u7d93\u6fdf\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5c08\u5bb6\u4f30\u8a08\u5728\u5168\u6b50\u6d32\u5730\u5340\u5c07\u6703<a href=\"https:\/\/www.developersalliance.org\/press-releases\/2018\/5\/7\/proposed-eprivacy-regulation-to-affect-all-european-industries-and-cost-more-than-500-billion-in-reduced-annual-turnover\">\u964d\u4f4e\u81f3\u5c115519\u5104\u6b50\u5143\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u81f3\u5c11580\u5104\u6b50\u5143\u7684\u5229\u6f64<\/a>\u3002\u9019\u9f90\u5927\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u5c07\u5c0d\u6b50\u6d32\u7d93\u6fdf\u9020\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u6578\u5b57\u4e5f\u662f\u5728\u4e26\u672a\u8a73\u7d30\u8a18\u8f09\u54ea\u4e9b\u898f\u7bc4\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u7b97\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u7d93\u6fdf\u4e0a\u7684\u640d\u5931\uff0cePR\u5f71\u97ff\u6700\u6df1\u83ab\u904e\u65bcApp\u8edf\u9ad4\u958b\u767c\u696d\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u65b0\u898f\u7bc4\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u6536\u96c6\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u9019\u8b93\u5ee3\u544a\u5546\u6295\u653e\u5ee3\u544a\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u7684\u81ea\u7d66\u81ea\u8db3\u904b\u4f5c\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5c11\u4e86\u9019\u4e9b\u5ee3\u544a\u7684\u8cc7\u52a9\uff0cApp\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u900f\u904e\u5ee3\u544a\u8cfa\u9322\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u958b\u767c\u548c\u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\u8f49\u5ac1\u5230\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u514d\u8cbbApp\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u5c07\u6703\u5927\u5e45\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u5728\u842c<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.trendmicro.com.tw\/?p=8802\">\u7269\u806f\u7db2\uff08IoT ,Internet of Thing<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.trendmicro.com.tw\/?p=8802\">\uff09<\/a>\u7684\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u679cM2M\u50b3\u8f38\u906d\u5230\u7ba1\u5236\u4e5f\u6703\u4f7f\u9019\u4e9b\u88dd\u7f6e\u7522\u751f\u5ef6\u9072\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u8eca\u7528\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u5982\u679c\u901f\u5ea6\u8207\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u8f38\u6536\u5230\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u6703\u4f7f\u9019\u4e9b<a href=\"https:\/\/internetofbusiness.com\/iot-industry-needs-pay-attention-eprivacy-regulation\/\">\u8eca\u8f1b\u7684\u6548\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u9650\u5236\u8207\u898f\u7bc4\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5011\u9700\u8981\u5ea6\u904e\u4e00\u6bb5\u6210\u9577\u9663\u75db\u671f\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u50b3\u7d71\u578b\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u66f4\u662f\u4e00\u5927\u56f0\u64fe\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u5fc5\u7136\u7684\u3002\u4e0d\u6cd5\u5206\u5b50\u5011\u5df2\u7d93\u9ed8\u9ed8\u5730\u7aca\u53d6\u6216\u662f\u76dc\u7528\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u8cc7\u6599\u5f88\u591a\u5e74\u4e86\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u53d7\u5230\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5728\u96b1\u79c1\u8207\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u53d6\u5e73\u8861<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457GDPR\u7684\u5be6\u884c\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u5176\u8996\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u5951\u6a5f\u3002\u4ee3\u8868\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5011\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u91cd\u8996\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5b89\u5168\u4e26\u8a66\u5716\u627e\u5c0b\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u8fa6\u6cd5\u3002\u7136\u800c\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u8207\u7522\u54c1\u4e5f\u80fd\u66f4\u7b26\u5408\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u7136\u79d1\u6280\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u9650\u5236\u8207\u898f\u7bc4\u662f\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u963b\u7919\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5728\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u8207\u7acb\u6cd5\u6a5f\u95dc\u5c31\u5fc5\u9808\u5354\u8abf\u51fa\u4e00\u5957\u66f4\u5408\u7406\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u5728ePR\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u7522\u696d\u5718\u968a\u5c31\u5efa\u8b70\u52a0\u4e00\u4e9b\u8981\u7d20\u5230\u898f\u7bc4\u4e2d\uff1a<a href=\"https:\/\/eaca.eu\/news\/draft-eprivacy-regulation-like-bad-movie-can-still-change-ending\/\">\u5141\u8a31\u91dd\u5c0d\u201c\u5408\u7406\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u201d\u4e0a\u8a34<\/a>\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8349\u6848\u4e5f\u627f\u8a8d\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u660e\u78ba\uff0c\u50cf\u662fM2M\u901a\u8a0a\u898f\u7bc4\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e\u6b50\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e0d\u65b7\u5730<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2018\/05\/27\/technology\/europe-eprivacy-regulation-battle.html\">\u8207\u4f01\u696d\u8a0e\u8ad6ePR\u7684\u7d30\u7bc0<\/a>\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u898f\u7bc4\u4e5f\u9010\u6f38\u5230\u4f4d\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u958b\u59cb\u601d\u8003\u8981\u5728\u8cc7\u6599\u5b89\u5168\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u6578\u64da\u6620\u5c04\u3001<a
