\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u7bc4\u570d\u975e\u5e38\u5ee3\u6cdb\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u4efb\u4f55\u6703\u8490\u96c6\u4e26\u8655\u7406\u6b50\u76df\u4eba\u6c11\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u975e\u8a2d\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u5730\u5340\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e5f\u5728\u6db5\u84cb\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u90fd\u570d\u7e5e\u5728\u6c11\u9593\u6a5f\u69cb\u5373\u5c07\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u8207\u8cc7\u6599\u76f8\u95dc\u554f\u984c\u3002\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u5247\u9bae\u5c11\u8ad6\u8ff0\u3002GDPR \u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u5fc5\u9808\u64c1\u6709\u67d0\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u7684\u8f49\u571c\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u727d\u6d89\u5230\u5b89\u5168\u8207\u91ab\u7642\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>GDPR \u91dd\u5c0d\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u52d9\u7684\u9664\u5916\u72c0\u6cc1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GDPR \u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u6db5\u84cb\u6240\u6709\u985e\u578b\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u53ef\u7528\u4f86\u8b58\u5225\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u5982\uff1a\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u793e\u6703\u5b89\u5168\u78bc\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e9b\u7279\u6b8a\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5982\u653f\u6cbb\u4e3b\u5f35\u548c\u7a2e\u65cf\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u7d93\u5e38\u6703\u8490\u96c6\u5230\u7684\u73cd\u8cb4\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u4eba\u53e3\u666e\u67e5\u3001\u9078\u8209\u90e8\u9580\u3001\u91ab\u7642\u53ca\u5c31\u696d\u5718\u9ad4\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6599\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u6709\u5fc3\u4eba\u58eb\u62ff\u4f86<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trendmicro.com\/vinfo\/us\/security\/news\/cybercrime-and-digital-threats\/turning-your-data-against-you-cybercrime\">\u5c0d\u500b\u4eba\u4e0d\u5229<\/a>\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u624d\u6703\u6709\u5236\u5b9a\u8cc7\u6599\u4fdd\u8b77\u6cd5\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136 GDPR \u91dd\u5c0d\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u8490\u96c6\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u8655\u7406\u8a02\u5b9a\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u898f\u7bc4\u53ca\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0cGDPR \u5c0d\u65bc\u64d4\u4efb\u8cc7\u6599<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gdpreu.org\/the-regulation\/key-concepts\/data-controllers-and-processors\/\">\u638c\u63a7\u8005\u8207\u8655\u7406\u8005<\/a>\u7684\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u537b\u6709\u4e9b\u653e\u9b06\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u3002\u8996\u6b50\u76df\u6216\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u800c\u5b9a\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32016R0679&amp;from=EN\">\u8c41\u514d\u72c0\u6cc1<\/a>\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u70ba\u4e86\u5c65\u884c\u8cc7\u6599\u638c\u63a7\u8005\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\u5728\u5c31\u696d\u8207\u793e\u6703\u5b89\u5168\u53ca\u793e\u6703\u4fdd\u8b77\u6cd5\u4e2d\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u70ba\u4e86\u570b\u9632\u3001\u72af\u7f6a\u8abf\u67e5\u3001\u4fdd\u969c\u516c\u5171\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u70ba\u4e86\u6b50\u76df\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u8207\u6b50\u76df\u6574\u9ad4\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u6216\u7d93\u6fdf\u5229\u76ca\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u70ba\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u800c\u5fc5\u9808\u6b78\u6a94\u3001\u70ba\u4e86\u79d1\u5b78\u6216\u6b77\u53f2\u7814\u7a76\u4e4b\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u6216\u70ba\u4e86\u7d71\u8a08\u4e4b\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u50c5\u9650\u65bc\u5fc5\u9808\u7372\u5f97\u8c41\u514d\u624d\u80fd\u5b8c\u6210\u8a72\u9805\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u516c\u5171\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u5b78\u8853\u5de5\u4f5c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u9818\u57df\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u4f9d\u7136\u5168\u9762\u9069\u7528 GDPR\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u4ecd\u5fc5\u9808\u9075\u5b88\u5176\u8cc7\u6599\u8490\u96c6\u8207\u8655\u7406\u898f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7279\u6b8a\u985e\u578b\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u8655\u7406<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GDPR \u6709\u5f88\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u90fd\u662f\u95dc\u65bc\u8a8d\u5b9a\u54ea\u4e9b\u985e\u578b\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u5c6c\u65bc\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f01\u696d\u6a5f\u69cb\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u8655\u7406\u9019\u4e9b\u985e\u578b\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u8a72\u6cd5\u5c0d\u65bc\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u76f8\u7576\u5b8c\u6574\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u7981\u6b62\u8655\u7406\u6709\u95dc\u4eba\u7a2e\u3001\u7a2e\u65cf\u3001\u653f\u6cbb\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u3001\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u8207\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u95dc\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u6027\u5225\u50be\u5411\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u7576\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u5fc5\u9808\u53d6\u5f97\u4e0a\u8ff0\u985e\u578b\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u6642\uff0cGDPR \u4e5f\u660e\u78ba\u8a02\u5b9a\u4e86<a href=\"https:\/\/gdpr-info.eu\/art-9-gdpr\/\">\u7981\u5247\u4f8b\u5916\u60c5\u6cc1<\/a>\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u82e5\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u8655\u7406\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u516c\u773e\u5229\u76ca\u4e4b\u5fc5\u8981\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc GDPR \u4ecd\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u8f49\u571c\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u552f\u5fc5\u9808\u8a2d\u7f6e\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u4f86\u4fdd\u969c\u8a72\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u82e5\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u8655\u7406\u300c<a href=\"https:\/\/gdpr-info.eu\/art-9-gdpr\/\">\u6709\u5efa\u7acb\u3001\u57f7\u884c\u6216\u634d\u885b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e3b\u5f35\u4e4b\u5fc5\u8981\uff0c\u6216\u7576\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u57f7\u884c\u5176\u53f8\u6cd5\u516c\u52d9\u6642<\/a>\u300d\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u82e5\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u8655\u7406\u727d\u6d89\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u70ba\u4e86\u7dad\u6301\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u3001\u91ab\u85e5\u6216\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u4e4b\u9ad8\u6a19\u6e96\u6642\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u82e5\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u8655\u7406\u70ba\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u800c\u5fc5\u9808\u6b78\u6a94\u3001\u70ba\u4e86\u79d1\u5b78\u6216\u6b77\u53f2\u7814\u7a76\u4e4b\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u6216\u70ba\u4e86\u7d71\u8a08\u4e4b\u76ee\u7684\u800c\u5fc5\u8981\u6642\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u662f\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u6216\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u80fd\u78ba\u4fdd\u5176\u4eba\u6c11\u57fa\u672c\u6b0a\u76ca\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u6240\u8a02\u7684\u4f8b\u5916\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u4eba\u54e1\u6703\u8655\u7406\u5230\u4e00\u822c\u6c11\u9593\u4f01\u696d\u7121\u6cd5\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u654f\u611f\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5f9e\u793e\u6703\u5b89\u5168\u78bc\u5230\u4eba\u7a2e\u8207\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5fb5\u7b49\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u7259\u91ab\u5c31\u8a3a\u8a18\u9304\u8207\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u5c31\u91ab\u8a18\u9304\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u548c\u6a5f\u69cb\u52d9\u5fc5\u59a5\u5584\u4fdd\u7ba1\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u6c11\u59d4\u8a17\u7d66\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u842c\u4e00\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6599\u843d\u5165\u7db2\u8def\u72af\u7f6a\u96c6\u5718\u624b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u5c07\u5c0e\u81f4\u4eba\u6c11<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trendmicro.com\/vinfo\/us\/security\/news\/cybercrime-and-digital-threats\/what-do-hackers-do-with-your-stolen-identity\">\u8eab\u5206\u906d\u5230\u5192\u7528<\/a>\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5f15\u767c\u56b4\u91cd\u5f8c\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u56e0\u61c9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8a31\u591a\u6c11\u9593\u4f01\u696d\u90fd\u5728\u7a4d\u6975\u66f4\u65b0\u5176\u8cc7\u5b89\u9632\u8b77\u4e26\u5927\u8086\u7ffb\u65b0\u5176\u4f5c\u696d\u6d41\u7a0b\u4f86\u914d\u5408\u65b0\u7684 GDPR \u6a19\u6e96\u4ee5\u4fdd\u969c\u8cc7\u6599\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u7a4d\u6975\u8a66\u5716\u9054\u6210\u8a72\u6cd5\u5c0d\u65bc\u8cc7\u6599\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\u7684\u540c\u610f\u6b0a\u53ca<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trendmicro.com\/vinfo\/us\/security\/news\/online-privacy\/google-and-the-right-to-be-forgotten-insights-for-gdpr-compliance\">\u88ab\u907a\u5fd8\u6b0a<\/a>\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u57fa\u65bc\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5728\u5f8c\u8005\u65b9\u9762\u6709\u8f03\u5927\u5f48\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u9805\u5f48\u6027\u4e5f\u610f\u5473\u8457\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u9632\u8b77\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u7684\u6311\u6230\u5728\u65bc\u6839\u64da GDPR \u7684\u8c41\u514d\u60c5\u6cc1\u4f86\u5c07\u8cc7\u6599\u5206\u985e\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8abf\u6574\u5176\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u6d41\u7a0b\u4f86\u914d\u5408\u6b50\u76df\u548c\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u66f4\u65b0\u5176\u8cc7\u5b89\u9632\u8b77\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u78ba\u4fdd\u8cc7\u6599\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u5426\u5177\u6709\u8c41\u514d\u6b0a\uff0c\u63a1\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u3001\u6700\u9802\u5c16\u7684\u8cc7\u5b89\u9632\u8b77\u7d42\u7a76\u9084\u662f\u80fd\u5920\u8b93\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u7372\u5f97\u5b89\u5168\u4e0a\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u505a\u5230\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u8490\u96c6\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408 GDPR \u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u516c\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u61c9\u63a1\u53d6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6b65\u9a5f\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1.\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u638c\u63e1\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u6d41\u5411\u4e26\u505a\u597d\u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30\uff1a\u60a8\u624b\u4e0a\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6599\uff1f\u8490\u96c6\u8a72\u9805\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u70ba\u4f55\uff1f\u5176\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\uff1f\u8ab0\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b58\u53d6\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6599\uff1f\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u5c07\u8a72\u8cc7\u6599\u522a\u9664\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><em>\u4f01\u696d\u6a5f\u69cb\u61c9\u63a1\u53d6\u6700\u5c11\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u5c07\u6240\u6709\u5f9e\u5ba2\u6236\u6216\u4eba\u6c11\u8490\u96c6\u4f86\u7684\u975e\u5fc5\u8981\u8cc7\u6599\u522a\u9664\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2.\u63a5\u8457\uff0c\u6aa2\u8a0e\u4e26\u66f4\u65b0\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u8490\u96c6\u8207\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u540c\u610f\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u8a18\u4f4f\u54ea\u4e9b\u662f\u6cd5\u898f\u4e0a\u5177\u6709\u8c41\u514d\u6b0a\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.\u8058\u4efb\u4e00\u4f4d\u8cc7\u6599\u4fdd\u8b77\u9577 (DPO)\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd DPO \u548c\u8cc7\u6599\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\u4e4b\u9593\u4fdd\u6301\u66a2\u901a\u7684\u6e9d\u901a\u7ba1\u9053\u4ee5\u9632\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7591\u616e \u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u6a5f\u69cb\u5fc5\u9808\u8a18\u9304\u4e00\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6599\u8655\u7406\u7684\u7d30\u7bc0\uff0c\u5982\uff1a\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u8655\u7406\u6642\u9593\u3001\u8655\u7406\u4eba\u54e1\u3001\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>6.\u6aa2\u8a0e\u73fe\u6709\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u6216\u5ee0\u5546\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4efb\u4f55\u8ca0\u8cac\u5e6b\u60a8\u8655\u7406\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u5fc5\u9808\u7b26\u5408 GDPR
